Centre Brand Refresh

We’re excited to share that, to better reflect the spirit and character of our Gympie community, we’re refreshing Gympie Central’s branding.

The name “Gympie Central” will proudly remain, continuing its strong connection to the region. Alongside this, we’re introducing four new logo marques designed to modernise our identity. Each one draws inspiration from Gympie’s natural surrounds, heritage, and lifestyle.

Located along the Mary River and bordering the lush Mary Valley hinterland, Gympie is shaped by rolling green hills, pastoral country, and a proud regional identity. From its timber and dairy history to the iconic Gympie Music Muster, the area reflects the heart of rural Queensland. These elements have guided the development of our refreshed icons and colour palette.

Our four new icons represent:

  • Mary River – inspired by the river that runs through Gympie, shaping the region’s landscape, history, and daily life. It represents movement, connection, and the natural rhythm of the area.
  • Farming Lands – reflecting Gympie’s strong agricultural foundations, from cattle and dairy to the rolling green hills of the Mary Valley. This icon highlights the working landscapes that have supported the community for generations.
  • Heritage Steam Train – a nod to the Mary Valley Rattler and Gympie’s proud rail history. It symbolises the town’s pioneering past and the stories carried along its tracks.
  • Native Flora & Botanicals – inspired by the region’s diverse plant life, from eucalypts to rainforest species. This icon captures the natural beauty and ecological character that surrounds Gympie.

Thank you for your patience and support as we bring this new chapter of Gympie Central to life.
