We’d like to keep you informed about the ongoing lift works.

Our technician has advised that the required replacement parts are still several weeks away, as they need to be sourced from Europe and delivered via air freight.

The fault is significant and cannot be resolved without these specific components. We sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause during your visit.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get the lift safely back in service as soon as possible.

Lift Out of Order.

For trolley access, please use the travelator located in the P1 carpark entry doors

For mobility access, we recommend that customers with mobility requirements park in the top car park, making use of the designated parking bays for People with Disabilities (PWD), Parents with Prams, or Senior’s parking. Please note that PWD bays take precedence over all other parking categories. We do understand that some of these spaces may be smaller and not suitable for all vehicles.

If suitable parking is not available in the top car park, we encourage you to park in either P1 or P2. If you require our teams assistance, please contact 5482 9840 or Security at 0409 815 407.
