We recently undertook maintenance on the Centre’s lift, which required sourcing parts from overseas, resulting in extended timelines. Regrettably, following completion of these works, further issues have been identified, and additional work is required. This will cause continued disruption to lift access. 

Above all, the safety of our shoppers, retail partners, and staff remains our highest priority. We understand the impact this has - particularly those with mobility challenges - and we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. 

Please be assured that we are working closely with our contractors to resolve the issue as quickly and safely as possible. These additional works are essential to the lift’s long-term reliability and safety. In the interim, we recommend that customers who rely on the lift to use the upper-level car park and enter via the main entry doors, which offer the most convenient access to the centre.
