Cassey is a high energy, motivated personal trainer. She loves to break things down into simple, easy to understand exercise and wellbeing routines that can take only a 5-10 minutes a day. Knowing that in our busy lives you have to dig deep to create a new routine, she is passionate about approaching fitness with positivity, and not too much fuss.
